About Us

About Us

The Beth Din Indigenous Court (BDIC) has adjudicated a wide range of disputes, such as employer-employee, landlord-tenant, real property, business interference, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair competition disputes. We also hear family law cases involving inheritance and divorce matters. A panel hears all cases of three mediation or arbitration jurists. BDIC judgments are recognized and binding in the civil courts as well. The BDIC has conducted hearings for cases ranging from several thousand dollars in value up to tens of millions of dollars. Our clientele includes individuals from a wide range of religious backgrounds as well as corporations that choose Beth Din arbitration over the costly and lengthy alternative of civil litigation.
